Lead and execute the design of collections from initial concept through the time of photoshoot. Lead and execute the research of fashion trends and colours through desk research and concepts, mood boards, designs, and prints, execute new product development (e.g., accessories). Lead and execute the curation of the Design Group calendar.

Collaborate with the Sales team with style recut decision, assist the Sales team with merchandising across all channels.

Lead and execute technical design, execution of design ideas into sketches, technical illustrations and colourways for each collection, approval of all fabrics and trims at design stage with support from Michi’s Creative Director. Creation of artwork for the development of the new fabric, trims and techniques, creation of detailed technical sketches, diagrams for garment constructions, seam details, design features.

Lead and execute with fittings, pattern/garment construction, problem solving to turn designs into realistic and profitable styles that are productin friendly and achievable. 

Lead and execute the organization of samples in office with support from Michi’s production team.
